Pick up notes：

1. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) free pick up time frame is 12:00PM to 10:00PM, for airport pick up after 10:00PM to 12:00AM, all guests will need to pay $80/ride (limited up to 5 passengers); for pick up at all other time, all guests will need to go to destination/hotel at their own costs.

2. Pick up location:For the guests who arrive with domestic or Canada flights, please meet tour guide at baggage claim; for the guests who arrive with international flights other than Canada, please meet tour guide at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

3. If you don't see the tour guide, please call Ctoue Holiday (Tel: 323-261-8811, transfer to operation department) for tour guide information.

4. The guest must provide a telephone number that can be contacted by the tour guide. If the guest's telephone number provided is wrong, any extra expenses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves

5. Please provide flight information three days before departure. For all flights temporarily increased or delayed, Ctour Holiday will try the best to coordinate, but free pick-up service is not guaranteed.
